Partington’s Holiday Parks is family owned and operates 6 holiday parks across Lancashire, Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales. Broadwater Holiday Park is located on the outskirts of the old fishing town of Fleetwood. Offering a mix of luxury caravans and lodges to both buy and rent, Broadwater has many amenities for its guests including a club, sports bar, indoor heated plunge pool, amusement arcade and much more.

Role: Part Time Receptionist

Location: Broadwater Holiday Park

Hours of Work: 9:00-17:00 Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

Salary: £13 per hour

What we need from you:

Check-in/out guests ensuring all documentation is completed and our guest experience is fabulous from the start to the end of their holiday.
Manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all guests.
Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner, addressing queries and directing external calls to the correct department.
Provide guest support
Upsell facilities and services offered by the Park.
Greet all contractors/visitors to the Park
Cash and payment handling

Skills, experience and qualities you will need:

Receptionist experience in a similar role
Flexibility
Keen to learn
Full preferably clean, driving licence
The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN,FAMILY & FRIENDLY!

Important Information

Applicants must be able to produce right to work documentation.
Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a basic DBS check and DVLA licence check.
