Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Beautician to operate independently, providing professional beauty services to clients in a doctor-led clinic. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build your own client base, specialising in personalised skin treatments and interest in developign skills further. As a self-employed professional, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule and work in a variety of settings, delivering exceptional customer service and beauty expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for skin, and the ability to create give skin treatments that enhance clients' confidence. A keeness to develop is highly desirable!

Responsibilities

Deliver expert services such as waxing, facials and skin treatments
Provide personalised beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all tools and workspaces
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professional conduct
Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and organisation of your schedule
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Promote your services through social media or other channels to attract new clients and grow your business

Requirements

Proven experience in VTCT Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, waxing, facials and massage preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain procedures clearly
Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage appointments independently
Ability to work flexibly according to client demand, including weekends or evenings if required
Professional attitude with attention to detail and hygiene standards
Valid certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field is advantageous but not mandatory for all services

This role offers the flexibility of self-employment with the opportunity to develop your own brand within the beauty industry. Applicants should be passionate about helping clients look and feel their best while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour

VTCT Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (required)
