Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our team in Thornaby, Stockton on Tees. This role is vital in ensuring the precision manufacturing of components that support our diverse industrial projects. As part of ALH Systems Ltd, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
Adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on finished parts to meet strict standards.
Maintain equipment and perform routine troubleshooting.
Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Document production activities accurately.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator or similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.
Experience with grinding, milling, and tooling is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus.
Previous supervisory experience would be desirable.
Working Hours
8.00am till 4.30pm Mon- Thu, 8.00 am till 3.30pm Friday
