Overview

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty and providing exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where creativity and customer satisfaction are paramount. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their experience. A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential for this position.

Duties

Perform customised beauty treatments including BIAB nails, skincare, facials, waxing, and other specialised services
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
Ensure client comfort and privacy throughout all procedures
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and follow up on client satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Promote retail products to enhance clients’ skincare routines

Skills

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments clearly
Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
Organised with attention to detail to ensure precise treatment delivery and record keeping
Ability to work flexibly within a busy environment while maintaining professionalism and composure

Pay: £26,347.00-£30,000.00 per year
