Full job description

**Overview:**

As a Receptionist / Social Media Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our clinic, providing exceptional customer service to our clients while managing our social media presence. This dual role requires a friendly, organized and tech savvy individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.

**Duties:**

- Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calender.

- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Process payments and manage client receords.

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including graphics and videos.

- Create promotional campaigns and highlight special offers for our social media platforms.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- A passion for the beauty industry.

- High level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Pay: £12.75 per hour
