About Us:
At Stadia Utilities, we provide expert utility consultancy services that help clients improve efficiency, reduce costs, and make informed energy decisions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Lead Generator to join our office in Leicester and support our continued growth and success.

Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, carrying out proactive outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach efforts.
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
Present our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the utilities sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales approach.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
