Telesales Executive — Part Time

Worthing, West Sussex

Part time — Tue to Fri, 10am–2.30pm

£25,000 per annum pro rata

Overline Network Consultants Limited is a growing telecoms and network solutions business based in Worthing, West Sussex. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team and help us continue to grow our client base.

About the role

This is a part-time, office-based position working Tuesday to Friday, 10.00am to 2.30pm. You will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective and existing clients by telephone, generating leads, and supporting the wider sales team to hit targets.

Key responsibilities

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities

Qualifying and passing leads to the sales team in an accurate and timely manner

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phone

Consistently working towards and achieving individual and team sales targets

Accurately recording call activity and updating the CRM systemWhat we're looking for

Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales role

A confident and professional telephone manner

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a track record of hitting KPIs

Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work on your own initiative

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organisation and attention to detail

What we offer

Salary of £25,000 per annum pro rata

Part-time hours to suit a work-life balance — Tuesday to Friday, 10.00am to 2.30pm
