About Us

We, KRSTuition, are a leading private education consultancy specialising in bespoke, one-to-one tuition for students preparing for 11+ entrance exams, GCSEs, A-Levels, and those requiring tailored support for specific learning difficulties (SpLD). Our approach is strategic, personalised, and highly results-driven. We pride ourselves on introducing the highest calibre of tutors, each of whom plays a pivotal role in helping students reach their full academic potential.

Position Overview

We are seeking outstanding, professional tutors to join our growing network. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, relevant teaching or tutoring experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality, engaging instruction across one or more of the following areas:

11+ Entrance Exam Preparation (including pre-tests and verbal/non-verbal reasoning)
GCSE Tutoring across core subjects (Maths, English, Sciences, Humanities, Languages)
A-Level Tutoring with familiarity in AQA, Edexcel, OCR specifications
Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Support, including for students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and other SEN needs

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one tuition sessions tailored to each student’s academic goals and learning style
Prepare students thoroughly for exams, improving their subject knowledge, exam techniques, and confidence
Monitor progress, provide regular feedback to parents, and adapt strategies where necessary
Liaise with our education consultants to ensure a fully coordinated and strategic approach to the student’s education
For SEN roles, implement appropriate support strategies and liaise with external specialists where relevant

Requirements

A strong academic background.
Preferably experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in the UK education system
In-depth knowledge of relevant exam boards and curricula
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to different learning styles
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
