Location: In person (Kidlington, with opportunities in Bicester & Abingdon)

Mini Professionals Dance Academy (MPDA) is one of Oxfordshire’s leading dance schools, with beautiful studios in the heart of Kidlington and additional venues across Bicester and Abingdon. We are currently looking for passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Dance Teachers to join our wonderful team! This could be freelance, or there is also the potential to obtain an employed, PAYE position.

At MPDA, we pride ourselves on being a genuinely supportive, welcoming, and friendly community of staff, students, and families. We believe in creating a positive environment where teachers feel valued, encouraged, and excited to come to work.

We also have lots of teaching hours available. Whether you’re looking for one day, or multiple sessions across the week, we would love to hear from you.

Available Teaching Hours

Tuesdays – Kidlington (5:00pm–7:45pm)

RAD Grade 6 Ballet (5:00–6:00pm)
Potential Private Lesson
Beginner Adult Ballet (6:45–7:45pm)

Sundays – RAD Ballet, Kidlington (9:15am–2:30pm)

Pre-Primary (9:15–10:00am)
Primary (10:00–10:45am)
Grade 1 (10:45–11:30am)
Grade 2 (11:45am–12:30pm)
Grade 3 (12:30–1:30pm)
Grade 4 (1:30–2:30pm)

About the Role

You’ll be teaching a variety of classes across different age groups, from early years through to adults.

We are hiring for multiple roles, so even if you are only available for part of the timetable, please still get in touch. We are happy to work around the right teachers and create a schedule that suits you.

We’re looking for someone who:

Loves inspiring students through dance
Brings positive energy into the studio
Is dependable, professional, and caring
Enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team

Requirements (Preferred)

Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one — we can help arrange this)
