Flooring Estimator/Client Support Project Manager (vinyl, cap and cove)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, detail‑driven Flooring Estimator/Client Support Project Manager (vinyl, cap and cove) to oversee flooring installations from survey through to final handover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple flooring projects simultaneously, from start to completion
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and identify any issues
Organise programme of works, order materials, instruct subcontractors/installation teams
Review plans, specifications, and client requirements
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and RAMS
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, be responsive to all emails
Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
Extra hours may be required at times to meet project deadlines and the needs of the business.

Qualifications

A minimum of one year of flooring industry experience is required

Proven experience in commercial flooring project management
Strong knowledge of flooring materials and substrate preparation
Good IT skills
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
