At Hillingdon Council, we aren’t just restructuring and changing titles; we are fundamentally changing the way we deliver our services. We are looking for an Income Maximisation Manager ready to move beyond "business as usual" and lead a new era of tenant services.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team of 6 Income Maximisation Officers and 1 Income Apprentice. Your mission is to transform how this team operates – in a role where people-skills are just as important as following clear regulatory and best practice processes. We are looking for partners in this journey, moving from reactive management to proactive, tenant-centric service. We need a leader who can drive high performance not just through metrics, but by instilling a culture where every decision puts positive results for the council and residents at the heart of what we do.
