Full job description

PayDo, a leading Electronic Money Institution (EMI) authorised by the FCA in the UK and operating in 140+ countries and over 25 industries. Offering multicurrency IBANs, merchant solutions, mass payment options, acquiring, open banking, PayDo provides premium and convenient payment services.

We are seeking a Non-Executive Director in the UK to support our ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:

Act as an independent Non-Executive Director, safeguarding the interests of the company, shareholders and stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance and constructive challenge to support the company’s objectives and long-term direction.
Participate in and, where required, chair board and committee meetings, including safeguarding and compliance/risk committees.
Ensure high standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight are maintained.
Oversee key strategic and material business decisions at board level.
Support effective record-keeping, including agenda oversight, minutes review, and resolution drafting where required.
Represent the company professionally with senior stakeholders, regulators, and external authorities when necessary.

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of Fintech
Knowledge of FCA requirements
Excellent verbal and written English and Russian communication skills.

As a plus:

Experience with UK regulatory reporting processes, FCA liaison

*This is a consultancy-based role with minimum involvement

Pay: Up to £1,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London E1 8GH
