About Us

We are a well-established and growing accountancy practice providing audit, accounting, tax, payroll, and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service and are seeking a highly organised Secretary / Administrator to support our team and contribute to the smooth running of our office.

The Role

As Secretary / Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our accountants and management team with administrative and secretarial duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a professional office environment. The role is based at our office in Enniskillen and is 34.25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing diaries.
Preparing and formatting letters, reports, and other documents.
Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems.
Assisting with client onboarding and compliance documentation.
Handling post, scanning, photocopying, and general office administration.
Supporting the accounts and management team with administrative tasks.
Ordering office supplies and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Essential Criteria

Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Right to work in the UK.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, with a high level of English and numeracy.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Experience within an accountancy practice or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
