Full job description

Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant
Location: Park Royal, London NW10 7SE
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary: £32,000 per year
Salary after 6-month probation: £35,000 per year

White Rose Bridalwear is a wholesale bridalwear company established in London in 1996, supplying over 150 shops across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping records
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses
Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts
Assist with VAT returns, payroll records, and financial reports
Maintain accurate purchase and sales ledgers
Support credit control and payment follow-ups
Liaise with suppliers, customers, accountants, and internal teams
Support general office administration when needed

Requirements:

Minimum AAT Level 2 or above, ACCA part-qualified, or smilar qualification
Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping or accounting experience
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Clear mind to summarise / investigate accounting situation.
Knowledge of VAT, payroll, and basic management accounts

Preferred:

Experience in wholesale, retail, fashion, bridal, or import/export business
Experience with Pagasus accounting software or similar.
Valid uk driving licence / good driving skills
