Full job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Aesthetic Practitioner with a minimum of 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will be confident in performing a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, possess excellent consultation skills, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a clinical aesthetics environment.
Relevant qualification at Level 4 to Level 7 in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or an associated field.
Strong knowledge of skin health, treatment planning, and patient management.
Excellent communication, consultation and customer service skills.
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fully eligible to work in the UK.

Treatments You Must Be Competent In

Hydrafacial
HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
RF Microneedling
Chemical Peels
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
Exosome Therapy
Laser Hair Removal
Radiofrequency Treatments
Ultrasound Cavitation

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments.
Develop personalised treatment plans.
Deliver treatments safely and effectively in line with clinic protocols.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Provide excellent pre- and post-treatment care advice.
Uphold all health, safety and infection-control standards.
Strong sales and client retention skills.
Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment bookings.
Promote treatment packages and courses.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service.
