Then this role is for you!

We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to become part of the friendly and hardworking team based in the rapidly growing Erdington store as Customer Service Advisors.

Cash Converters is the largest chain of second hand shops in the world, with over 700 stores across 21 countries worldwide. In the UK alone, we have more than 200 shops.

As a General assistant you will be working within our small team to build excellent rapport with our customers, providing a high standard of customer service. We are looking for right individual who has the passion and drive for achieving sales targets and beyond, and working closely with the manager.

Strong product knowledge and good negotiation skills would be an advantage as you will be buying and selling a large range of new, graded and pre-owned goods.

Your role will also be to actively promote our services, especially helping new customers who are not familiar with our range of service.

About you:

- Have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers

- Excellent communication and listening skills are essential

- Attention to detail and good time management skills

- Good PC skills

- Strong numerical and written capabilities

- A grounding in the latest technology (phones, laptops etc.) is a big advantage.

We offer:

Full time job with up to 40+ hours per week.

Sales bonus’s and store performance bonus’s.
