M&A Associate (4–6 PQE) – US Law Firm – London

Location: LondonSalary: Competitive US market rate + excellent bonus and benefits

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented M&A Associate (4–6 PQE) to join the London office of a leading US law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border transactions alongside market-leading partners and an impressive international client base, including private equity sponsors, multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-growth businesses.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

Domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions
Private equity acquisitions and disposals
Joint ventures
Corporate reorganisations
Strategic investments and general corporate advisory work

You will take on significant responsibility from day one while working within a highly collaborative and supportive team.

Requirements

England & Wales qualified solicitor
4–6 years’ PQE in Corporate/M&A
Strong experience gained at a leading international or highly regarded UK or US law firm
Excellent academic background
Experience advising on complex cross-border M&A transactions
Commercial awareness and strong technical drafting skills
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
