Full job description

This is not a traditional HR internship.

You will work directly with the talent and leadership team to deliver hiring outcomes across live mandates. This is a high-velocity, delivery-led recruitment role, where speed, judgment, and candidate experience matter as much as sourcing.

From day one, you will be responsible for contributing directly to successful hires across startup and scale-up clients in the UK and Europe.

We are building a high-performance talent function in London and are looking for ambitious graduates to join us as Talent Acquisition Interns.

What you'll be doing:

Source and identify high-quality candidates.
Screen candidates and assess suitability against live hiring requirements
Match candidates to relevant roles across UK and European mandates
Conduct structured candidate conversations to understand experience, motivation, and fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes from first contact to offer stage
Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage
Provide feedback and insights to improve sourcing and hiring decisions

Who we are looking for:

Final-year students or recent graduates only (no prior full-time experience required)
Strong academic background from a reputable university or business school
Interest in recruitment, talent, people operations, or commercial delivery
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates
Must already have the right to work in the UK or Europe (no visa sponsorship available)
