Main Responsibilities:

This role has been designed to support the Regional Operation Manager and assist Home Managers in the delivery of a high quality service. They are accountable for the commercial and clinical success of each Home in their region.

Using a relationship-based approach to drive improvement

Knowledge, Training and Experience:

Substantial knowledge of regulatory standards and associated regulations
Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
A broad-based knowledge of current sector trends.
Evidence of ability to network, establish and maintain relationships with LA’s/CCG/CQC
Budget and resource management skills
Ability to lead a team and engage staff
Qualified Nurse with current PIN
Strong analytical skills to identify key strengths in practice, emerging themes, training needs, service improvement and other key messages.
Experience of robust audit processes
