Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating services, supporting customers, and working with multiple teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will help manage day-to-day service operations, monitor performance, and ensure customers receive timely and professional support. What You'll Do

Coordinate daily service delivery activities to ensure services are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests.
Schedule appointments, resources, and service activities.
Monitor service performance and help ensure agreed service standards are achieved.
Communicate with customers and internal departments to provide service updates.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation.
Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Prepare routine operational reports and administrative documentation.
Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure company procedures and service standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, operations, scheduling, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general business software.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.
