As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Clean City Air Ltd for the right individual to learn all aspects of production in our Thorp Arch factory. Our new to market living wall products are manufactured from sheet steel and Aluminium, you will be trained in cutting, punching and bending sheet materials and then building the end components. You will also learn how to install our unique Living wall and living roof products, which will involve off-site work alongside one of our skilled installers.
Clean City Air is a new company pioneering a new living wall product which aims to naturally clean air in built up urban areas. We are investing heavily in a greener future for all.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of something challenging and exciting. This role will involve some heavy lifting, so candidates will need to be physically fit. Full training in all aspects of the product manufacturing will be given, this may include engineering, basic electronics and horticulture.
Work will start mainly onsite at our Wetherby factory but will require some off site installation training on occasion.
Reporting to our chief engineer and electronics engineer, Production Operatives are accountable for the assembly and sub-assembly of Clean City Air Living Wall systems.
Once your trail period is completed, we have great prospects available for the right people - with production roles leading into production management, electrical and mechanical engineering, CNC operatives and sales roles as we move forward into this newly emerging environmental sector. Schedule
- Working 39 to 40 hours per week(full-time) or a minimum of 21 hours (part-time), the successful candidates will be offered stable working hours to suit their circumstances.
- Weekdays only at the moment but odd weekends days may be required
