The Apartment Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Nightclub General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple high-profile nightlife venues in Newcastle City Centre. This is a unique opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to join one of the North East's most innovative and ambitious leisure groups.
About the Role
As the Multi-Site General Manager, you will be the operational and cultural leader across several flagship nightclubs. You’ll bring strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep understanding of the nightlife and entertainment industry. You will champion a guest-first approach, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of multiple high-volume nightclub venues.
- Drive business growth through innovation, performance analysis, and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate management teams to ensure consistent service delivery and staff engagement.
- Oversee financial performance and profitability across all sites, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure all operations are fully compliant with licensing, health & safety, and legal regulations.
- Maintain brand standards and continuously seek opportunities for venue and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, events, HR, etc.) to optimise business opportunities.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the nightlife, hospitality, or high-turnover F&B sector.
- Proven multi-site management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop large, diverse teams.
- Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail and operational standards.
- Passionate about nightlife, events, and creating vibrant guest experiences.
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, late-night environment.
