About Us

We are a growing eCommerce business selling products across multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other retail channels. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our day-to-day creative operations and help improve the visual presentation of our products and brands.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit product listing images for Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
Design infographics, comparison charts, banners, and promotional graphics.
Retouch and enhance product photography to improve visual quality and consistency.
Create lifestyle images and marketing creatives using Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools.
Develop packaging artwork, instruction manuals, inserts, and branding materials.
Produce social media graphics, advertising creatives, and email marketing visuals.
Ensure all product images comply with marketplace guidelines and brand standards.
Work closely with the eCommerce team to launch new products and update existing listings.
Organize and maintain digital design assets and product image libraries.
Assist with video editing, animations, and multimedia content where required.
Support multiple brands and product categories with ongoing design needs.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Strong understanding of product photography editing and image retouching.
Experience creating Amazon listing images and eCommerce graphics.
Good knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, or similar.
Experience in eCommerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
Basic photography or videography skills.

Working Hours

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
