Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations across various commercial sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in janitorial services, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services in diverse environments.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple commercial locations.
Assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and time.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain communication with clients to understand their specific requirements and feedback.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
Report on team performance, operational challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Must have a clean manual driving license and able to drive company vehicles

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple sites.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, dependable, and passionate about delivering outstanding cleanliness standards across various commercial environments.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
