Role summary:

The Channels Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic execution across all third-party sales channels at a national level. This role oversees a team of 12 and ensures seamless coordination across multiple regions, delivering consistent performance standards and compliance. Managing relationships with our highest-spending customers, the position plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue streams and maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent operational standards across all third-party sales channels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Contribute to the achievement of national sales and profitability targets through effective operational management.
Support commercial strategies that maximise margin and customer value.
Provide operational input to commercial decisions, influencing trading terms and service models.
Lead, coach, and develop a large team to deliver exceptional performance.
Utilise multiple systems to monitor performance, identify efficiencies, and implement improvements..
