Mortgage Adviser WITH INTRODUCER
West Midlands areas - Multiple offices needing cover
Flexible Working Available – Remote, Hybrid or Office

YOU ALSO MUST BE CEMAP QUALIFIED

We have recently secured a major new estate agency introducer partnership and are looking for experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers to work closely with their local branches.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established directly authorised mortgage business and benefit from a steady flow of warm leads generated through a highly respected, multi-branch estate agency franchise. Their offices are consistently busy, well-established within their local markets, and offer significant potential for advisers who can build strong relationships and maximise opportunities.

We are particularly interested in speaking with advisers who have previous experience working alongside estate agents and understand how to develop successful introducer relationships within a branch environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for advising clients on:

Residential mortgages
Remortgages
Buy-to-let mortgages
Protection and insurance solutions

Clients will include:

First-time buyers
Home movers
Existing homeowners
Property investors and landlords

The majority of your opportunities will come from estate agency introductions, supported by additional referral partners, existing client enquiries, and self-generated business.

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified Mortgage Adviser (CeMAP or equivalent)
Previous experience advising on mortgages and protection products
Estate agency experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage your own diary and pipeline effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
