Social Media & Content Manager – Head of Customer Attraction

No judgement – but if you're already thinking about hooks, Reels and content ideas while pretending to update that spreadsheet, you might be in the wrong job.

Just Blinds Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to become our Head of Customer Attraction.

ABOUT US

We're Just Blinds – a family-run business based in Cannock, supplying and installing blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

We've got a huge showroom, our own manufacturing facility, installers out completing projects every day and a team with plenty of personality.

In other words, there's absolutely no excuse for boring content.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media and content, build on what we've already created and help us get the Just Blinds brand in front of even more people.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be responsible for making us look bloody good online – but more importantly, creating content that gets attention, builds our brand and ultimately brings customers through the door.

Your role will include:

Creating, filming and editing Reels, TikToks and other video content
Managing our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
Visiting customer installations to capture before & afters, transformations and behind-the-scenes content
Writing captions, posts, blogs and email campaigns that actually sound human
Creating graphics and marketing content using Canva/Photoshop or similar
Planning content calendars, campaigns, promotions and product launches
Monitoring performance, engagement and results – and understanding what's working and what isn't
Keeping on top of trends and knowing which ones are worth jumping on
Constantly coming up with new ways to get the Just Blinds brand noticed

You'll have plenty of creative freedom. We don't want to employ someone creative and then tell them exactly what to create every five minutes.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience is essential for this role.

Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years' professional experience managing social media and creating content for a business or brand.

You'll need to be:

Confident filming and editing short-form video
Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally
Experienced with Reels, TikTok, Stories and social trends
A strong copywriter who can adapt to our tone of voice
Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop or similar
Organised enough to plan ahead but quick enough to jump on something when an opportunity appears
Able to look at analytics and use them to improve future content
Full of ideas without needing someone to constantly tell you what to do

Experience with Google Ads, Meta advertising, photography, email marketing or paid social would be a big advantage.

And most importantly, we want to see what you've done before. We'll ask applicants to show us accounts, campaigns, videos or content they've personally created or managed.

£29,000–£33,000 depending on experience

If you want to take ownership of a growing brand, create loads of content and have the freedom to try things that other companies would probably need six meetings to approve – we want to hear from you.
