Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Salary: Salary range from £30k-£35k + performance bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday | Flexible start between 7:30–8:30 AM

Are you passionate about nature, physical work, and learning the art of organic gardening? We’re looking for a Junior Gardener to join a dedicated team on a stunning private estate in Ascot, featuring wildflower meadows, ponds, hedges, and natural landscaping.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting a small team of experienced horticulturists to maintain and enhance a diverse, organically managed landscape. This role offers hands-on experience in organic practices—no herbicides or pesticides—and is ideal for someone who wants to build their skills and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily manual weeding and general garden maintenance
Working across varied terrain, including wildflower gardens, ponds, and hedgerows
Supporting seasonal tasks such as planting, pruning, and composting
Maintaining pathways and helping with landscaping projects
Learning organic methods from a knowledgeable team
Reporting daily progress and tasks to the lead gardener

About You:

Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
Enthusiastic about organic gardening and sustainable land care
Keen to learn and possibly pursue horticulture education
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, passionate team
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
