Job Overview:

Are you a proactive, people-focused professional with a passion for property, marketing and building relationships? Do you enjoy networking, creating opportunities and helping people make important life decisions?

Castle View Retirement Living is looking for an enthusiastic Relettings & Resales Advisor to drive the successful sale and reletting of our retirement apartments while promoting the exceptional lifestyle our community offers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on building a strong pipeline of prospective customers and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and tenants.
Network with local estate agents, solicitors, healthcare professionals and community organisations to generate referrals.
Develop and deliver local marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the scheme.
Organise and host open days, coffee mornings and promotional events.
Conduct property viewings and personalised tours of the development.
Manage the end-to-end reletting and resale process.
Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Keep accurate records of enquiries, sales progression and performance.
Work proactively to minimise void periods and maximise occupancy.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

An excellent relationship builder with strong networking skills.

Proactive, self-motivated and confident in generating new business opportunities.

Experienced in sales, property, lettings or customer-facing roles.

Creative, with experience of marketing, events or community engagement.

Organised with excellent communication and administrative skills.

Empathetic and professional, with a genuine passion for supporting older people and their families.

Desirable Experience

Property sales or lettings
Retirement living or later living sector
Estate agency or housing experience
Digital and social media marketing
