Full job description

Tragopan Security Solutions is seeking exceptional Security Officers to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for experienced, professional, and customer-focused individuals who take pride in delivering a first-class security service within prestigious environments.

We are looking for officers who present themselves to the highest standards and possess the confidence, communication skills, and professionalism required to work alongside discerning clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, visitors, and assets.
Deliver outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a strong security presence.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks.
Monitor and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Complete detailed incident reports and site documentation.
Control access and egress in accordance with site procedures.
Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, emergency services, and members of the public.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
Previous experience within security, concierge, corporate, hospitality, residential, retail, or similar high-end environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, professional appearance with exceptional personal presentation.
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to reliable transport.
Ability to commute to various locations across London and the surrounding counties.
Strong written and spoken English.

Desirable Experience

Experience working with premium residential developments, corporate headquarters, luxury retail, hospitality venues, private estates, executive offices, or VIP environments.
CCTV Licence.
First Aid Qualification.
Security industry experience exceeding 2 years.

Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
