Hot Tub Maintenance & Groundskeeper

Highland Heights Luxury GlampingJob type: Full-time or Part-time pay £13per hour, depending on experience

About the role

Highland Heights Luxury Glamping is looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical individual to join our team as a Hot Tub Maintenance & Groundskeeper.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping a beautiful property clean, well-maintained and looking its best for our guests.

You’ll play an important part in ensuring our accommodation and grounds are maintained to the high standards expected of a luxury glamping site.

Key responsibilities

Cleaning and preparing hot tubs between guest stays
Checking hot tub water quality and maintaining appropriate chemical levels
General hot tub maintenance and reporting any issues
Grass cutting, strimming and general grounds maintenance
Keeping paths, outdoor areas and communal spaces clean and tidy
General gardening, planting and maintenance of flower beds
Carrying out basic repairs and property maintenance
Checking accommodation and outdoor areas for maintenance issues
Emptying bins and carrying out general site duties
Preparing the site for guest arrivals
Working alongside the wider team to maintain our high standards

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will be:

Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Hardworking with a good attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Practical and confident using basic tools and equipment
Able to work independently and use their own initiative
Physically fit and happy with a hands-on role
Friendly and professional
Proud of the standard of their work

Previous experience in hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, gardening, property maintenance, hospitality or a similar role would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.

A full UK driving licence would be desirable.
