Overview

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Assist with hotel-related tasks such as replenishing supplies, making beds, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their stay.
Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other common areas by following established cleaning protocols.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly.
Support the front desk or hospitality team with light administrative duties or guest requests as needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable.
Experience in janitorial services or cleaning roles demonstrates familiarity with sanitation procedures.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting team goals.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
