We are looking for an Order Operations & Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders, supporting revenue flow and reducing errors through high‑quality processing.

Accurately enter and process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems- Validate pricing, customer details, and required documentation
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and correct
- Manage turnaround times and prioritise urgent requests
- Liaise with Sales and stakeholders to resolve queries
- Correct errors and support rework where required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Strong attention to detail- Experience in order processing, billing, or similar workflows
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
