Hours

Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 15.00pm (40 hours per week)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to supervise our customer service team with a view to progressing to Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a a high level of accuracy. The ideal applicant will demonstrate supervisory experience, management skills, and analytical abilities to optimise service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team to ensure efficient operations.
Provide supervision and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Manage escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
Input orders received either electronically or by phone.
Assist with telesales ordering and manage daily phone lists.
Ensuring other departments receive their orders internally in a timely manner.
Delegate the workload of the customer service team.
Ensure all paperwork for service provider orders are processed and reconciled with the assistance of the customer service team.
Any additional tasks as required by the management team.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a customer service environment.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills.
High level attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery. We welcome applications from candidates who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service while leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £27,476.80 per year
