£28,000–£38,000 depending on ability · London / Kingston upon Thames · Full-time, primarily in person

You shoot it. You edit it. You post it. Nobody hands you a brief.

Three brands, one founder, no marketing department — and a lot worth filming. Iced London makes solid gold and natural diamond jewellery. Studio Bite is a bespoke grillz studio in Hatton Garden. Soniq Labs makes the ultrasonic cleaner that keeps it all looking new.

We’ve got a Hatton Garden bench, Premier League footballers and international musicians wearing the product, a founder who’ll get on camera whenever you ask, and nowhere near enough content. You’ll be the first content hire, with the job of changing that.

The work

Across all three — you run a fixed weekly shoot rhythm: one full day with the founder, two shorter windows, plus whatever you steal in between. You own the calendar and you chase us. Everything cut by you, live within 48 hours, around twelve pieces a week.

Iced London

We built the brand on silver and moissanite, then cut it off. Killed working income streams because the founder didn't want to make that product any more, and restarted from zero in solid gold and natural diamonds. That's happening right now and nobody is filming it. You would be — vlogging the decision, the rebuild, the first pieces, the months where it's harder than the old way.

Also:

Educational content, founder to camera, shot in the office. For example talking about industry shifts around lab-grown vs natural diamonds — we need you for setup, sound and the edit that turns twenty minutes of talking into multiple usable pieces across other platforms such as IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc..
New collections as they land. Ecom stills, model shoots, campaigns. Product arrives, it gets shot, it goes live — without anyone chasing it.

Less street work here. This one is story, education and craft.

Studio Bite

The bench: molding, wax, setting, and the reveal when someone first sees their grillz.
Events and appointment days, covered properly — you in the room with a camera, not someone catching it on a phone.
Zaid on camera. Real maker, real answers. Q&A, myth-busting, what it actually costs. Cut for Shorts, TikTok and Reels.
Street formats you build yourself. Stop people, get them to guess what a set costs, cash if they're close. We fund it, you invent it — and if it works you run it fifty times, not once.

Soniq Labs

Ad creative at volume, which is a different job from the other two. Fifteen hooks off one product, not three nice films. Cutting new angles from the footage bank we already have as well as shooting fresh. Watching what's working for competitors and being honest about why.

Plus street interview formats, such as: stop someone in the street, ask when they last cleaned their jewellery, offer them a 90-second cycle on the spot and film their reaction. The product does the work. Capture the reaction, then post it until it's what the category is known for.

Hours

Full-time, roughly 9:30–6, Monday to Friday, mostly in person between Kingston and Hatton Garden.

There will be occasional evenings and weekends — appointments, launches, street content when people are actually out. Planned in advance, not every week, and you get the time back. Please only apply if this level of flexibility works for you.

Who this is for

You post your own stuff, not just client work.
You'd rather ship four strong things than perfect one.
You can carry a shoot on a phone and a mic and make it look deliberate.
You can make fifteen versions of the same ad with different hooks and not get bored on version four.
You can invent a format and then repeat it. Most people only do one of those.
You'll tell the founder to his face when he's the reason nothing got filmed this week.
You can reliably get to Kingston upon Thames and Hatton Garden.

We don't care about a degree, a specific number of years, a cinema camera, or a showreel with a piano track on it.

What you get

£28,000–£38,000 depending on what you can actually do, reviewed at six months against written targets you'll have seen on day one.
Total creative control of three accounts. No committee, no brand guidelines to fight.
Room to grow. First content hire, not the fifth. If this works the function grows around you — budget, freelancers, eventually a team you're briefing. We won't promise a title on day one. The ceiling here is set by what you build.

How we work

We'd rather build someone than replace them. When something isn't working the first question is what's missing, not whose fault it is. That cuts both ways — you'll get told straight, early, while it's fixable.
Learning is paid for. Courses, books, kit, a conference. If it makes you better at this, ask.
We make things ourselves. We don't farm the interesting work out to an agency.
Say the negatives. Why something is bad is worth more than why it's good. There's about four of us — there's no politics to play.
