Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator (B2B)

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Reporting To: Company Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Support Coordinator to join our manufacturing office. This role provides essential support across B2B account management, order verification, and operational administration. You will work closely with the Director to ensure customer orders, pricing, and product development information are processed accurately and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

Design Intake & Product Coding: Managing incoming design requests and assigning accurate product codes for sample and production development.
Commercial Verification: Confirming order volumes, MOQs, and finalised pricing structures with precision.
B2B Account Management: Maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients through video calls and email communication from order placement through to delivery.
Order & Production Coordination: Liaising with the production team to confirm timelines, sample readiness, and dispatch dates, ensuring customers receive accurate updates.
CRM & Data Accuracy: Maintaining organised customer records, pricing logs, and order histories.
Operational & Administrative Support: Providing flexible assistance to the Director and office team, including general administration, document organisation, and basic data management.
Merchandising Coordination: Preparing line sheets, sample packs, and product information for B2B clients, ensuring all product details, codes, and visuals are accurate and aligned with brand standards.

Key Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in B2B customer service or account coordination.
Strong numerical capability, including confident use of Excel for pricing, quantities, and basic calculations.
Professional communication and presentation skills, particularly for video‑based client interactions.
High attention to detail and accuracy in logging information.
A proactive, organised mindset suited to a fast‑paced manufacturing office.
Ability to work flexibly and support wider office operations when required.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
