Area: Horsham

Monday - 3.15 - 4.15pm

Tuesday - 3.15 - 4.15pm

Friday - 3.15 - 4.15pm

Positions can all be take by the same person or separate.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Musical Theatre/Dance Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance, a love for teaching, and the ability to Inspire and motivate students. The Musical Theatre/Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging classes, preparing students for performances/exams, and contributing to the overall development and growth of the dance school.

Experience with working with children aged 2 – 18 years and potentially adults.
Have a passion for working with children.
Have a passion for working in the performing arts sector.
Aim for excellence in their teaching and strive to receive outstanding feedback from

parents, students and the Inspire team.

Build strong connections with families and have great communication.

Believe in growth and development as a professional and a desire to grow as an

educator.

Eager for the challenge to work with students of di;erent ages, levels and abilities.
Looking for a long-term commitment and willing to commit to Inspire, ideally for 2years onwards.
Care about being part of a team and enthusiastically be an active member of the team

and willingly participates in sta; trainings and get togethers.

Embrace your values across every touch point in the student experience.
Agree to attending sta; trainings, retreats and 1-1 appraisals.
To be willing to work with the dance school principal to ensure student happiness and growth.

Qualifications:

Experience as a dance teacher and the role they are applying for.
Depending on role – ISTD teaching qualifications or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in dance styles of teaching positions that are available.
Ability to teach students of all ages and skill levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in choreography and performance preparation is desirable.
Previous experience in preparing students for exams is desirable if the position is for exam classes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £30.00 per hour
