We are an award winning, local independent Estate Agency based in Exeter and Dawlish . Offering professional services in all aspects of estate agency and property management. What’s on offer:

· Salary: from £27,000 - £30,000 plus (uncapped) commission

· 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

· Company Pension Scheme

· Mileage and expenses paid

· Full time, 42 hours per week, 5 days a week (includes alternate Saturdays).

We are looking for full time Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator dependant on experience to join our friendly team. This is a busy and varied role that requires the successful applicant to be well-organised with the ability to cope under pressure. Previous Estate Agency sales experience is required, lettings would be preferred but not essential.

The role will involve:

· Dealing with enquiries to the highest standard

· Booking appointments

· Negotiating with buyers and sellers

· Carrying out viewings and giving professional advice

· Booking market appraisals for our property listers

· Updating and maintaining client and property database

· General office administration

· Canvassing the local area

· Generating new instructions

· Meeting sales targets

The successful candidate will be working in our Exeter office, and will have the benefit of working closely with a hugely experienced team. Your role may require you to work in our Dawlish branch from time to time. The role requires someone who thrives on winning business and delivering results. The successful person must be used to working in a sales focused environment as well as providing the highest levels of customer service with great communication skills alongside an organised and efficient approach.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for the following:

· Ideally 2 year's+ estate agency experience

· Outbound calling experience is advantageous

· Excellent presentation and communication skills

· Drive and determination

· A team player but also capable to work independently

· Likable personality - People buy from people they like and trust!

· You must have a full UK driving licence and car to apply for this role.
