Full job description

Active Party and Event Host (Mostly Weekends)

Join the Sporty Stars Team!

Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and love working with children? Sporty Stars is looking for dynamic party hosts to join our growing team. We deliver exciting children's parties and adult events throughout the year, primarily on weekends, with occasional opportunities during the week and school holidays.

What We Offer:

A variety of fun activities: Bubble Football, Nerf Wars, Archery Tag, Bouncy Castles, Glow in the Dark Sports, and more.
Full training provided, including certificates and courses.
Flexible work offered on a job-to-job basis, scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
Travel expenses and extra pay for events outside Exeter, East Devon, and Torbay.

Ideal Candidates Will:

Personality & Skills:
Be full of enthusiasm and energy
Communicate confidently and appropriately with children
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Have a First Aid Certificate
Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS Check
Have experience working with children and young people
Be competent in literacy and numeracy
Professional Competence:
Follow a range of session plans effectively
Be reliable with excellent timekeeping
Confidently deliver instructions and information
Set up and deliver high-quality sports activities
Availability & Logistics:
Be available on weekends
Have a driving license and access to a car for event travel and equipment transport

Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall experience for children in care.
