Full job description

Security Officers required for a prestigious client in Paignton. Various shifts available - night shifts 19:00 to 07:00 & day shifts 07:00 to 19:00.

Duties:

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
Control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or hazards
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Security Officer or similar role
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required
