Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter/Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about vehicle care and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and maintaining customer satisfaction. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential.

Duties

Clean and valet vehicles both inside and out, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior detailing
Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before delivery or customer collection

Use specialised cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and organised work area, including janitorial duties as required
Assist with vehicle inspections to identify any damages or issues needing attention
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
Drive company vehicles as needed to transport vehicles between locations or to customers
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during vehicle cleaning processes

Experience

Previous experience in janitorial or vehicle detailing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Driving experience is preferred, with a valid driving licence required for operating company vehicles
Customer service skills are highly valued to ensure positive interactions with clients
Organised with an eye for detail to achieve high-quality finish on all vehicles
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
