Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in both commercial and residential settings. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in various environments, including commercial and residential properties.
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify faults or potential issues.
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair projects.
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems.
Assist with assembly of plumbing fixtures and related components.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a qualified plumber with relevant certifications or licences.
Proficiency in welding, use of hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry skills.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience with commercial driving is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of assembly processes related to plumbing fixtures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
