Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive service coordinator to manage the daily coordination of service and call out for mobile plant & equipment fire suppression systems.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties will involve, but are not restricted to:
Prepare all quotations for fire suppression systems service and repairs.
Planning of the service team and booking of all service, repairs, and call outs.
Completion and distribution of all job specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Prepare and distribute all service , call out, and repair invoices to customers.

Key Requirements and Skills

Organisation & Detail: High accuracy is needed when scheduling works, assigning engineers & invoicing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating and problem-solving with suppliers.
IT Literacy: Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) and inventory management software.
Attention to detail.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
