Full job description

Administrative Assistant

UFO Lighting currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Working as part of our busy office team, this will be a varied role, so candidates should have general office skills together with an adaptable outlook.

Duties include:

· Data entry & updating spreadsheets

· Typing and filing documents

· Answer telephone enquiries from suppliers.

· Providing support & holiday cover for other administration roles

· Various administration tasks to support the management team in the implementation of new systems

Skills / Experience:

· Experience of a similar administrative role in an office environment

· A good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

· Excellent communication skills, including a good telephone manner

· To be organised and have good attention to detail

Accurate data input skills

Working Pattern:

· 40 hour week plus overtime

· Monday to Thursday - 08:30 to 17:15 & Friday - 08:00 to 15:30

· Competitive rates of pay

· Permanent position
