Large Format Print Operator

Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire

Salary: £15,516 - £18,175 (£21,158 - 24,785 FTE) per annum

Hours: 27.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm)

We’ve a 4,000sqft workspace kitted out with industry leading printing, cutting and finishing equipment.

The Role:

As a Large Format Print Operator, you’ll be a key part of the team and your duties will be varied. You’ll be printing (flatbed and roll fed machines), cutting, finishing, picking and packing as well as having the opportunity to get involved with installing the work we produce.

Being part of a small team and involved all stages of the production process is really rewarding. But it’s also challenging, especially when things are busy. So we need you to be focused, efficient and dedicated. We’re known for delivering without compromise and if you’ve got the right mindset and work ethic you’ll become part of our success story.

This key role offers a solid foundation for someone looking to build their skills in a modern, high energy production environment.

Note: It’s not essential to have previous experience for this role. While this would be a bonus, we are looking for a keen learner with the right attitude. We will provide all the training you need.

What We're Looking For

Desire to Learn: You don’t need to know the difference between CMYK and RGB. But you do need a genuine desire to learn and be someone who’s eager to ask questions

Hands On Nature: You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. Whether it’s loading heavy materials or performing basic machine maintenance, you’ll be comfortable getting involved

Strong Attention to Detail: Our work is all about the details. You’ll need to be comfortable following instruction and ensuring everything you do meets our standards

Physical Stamina: This isn’t a desk job. You’re happy being on your feet, moving between machines, handling materials and occasionally assisting with installs

All Hands on Deck: In a small team, no task is ‘under’ anyone. Alongside the founders, you’ll be just as happy doing the bins as you will be operating a flatbed printer

What We're Offering

Learn a Trade: A perfect entry point into the world of large format print, signage and graphics. We’ll teach you the ropes from operating high end machinery, a range of finishing techniques to designing or installing work. You’ll also have opportunities to progress within the business.

Full Mentorship: You wont be thrown in at the deep end and left to sink or swim. You’ll work directly with the business founders who will mentor you through every stage of the process

Work – Life Balance: A stable 9am to 3pm routine with opportunities to increase hours in future
