Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in our Swindon Branch. While prior experience in the sales field is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement as training will be provided. We value individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. As a sales consultant, you will play a crucial role in revenue generation by engaging with new customers and ensuring the very best customer experience of existing clients.

Expected start date: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Pay: £33,636 OTE & uncapped Bonus Paid Every Quarter !

Salary: £26,436

Customer Acquisition:
Generate leads through various channels, including online enquiries & walk-ins.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' storage requirements.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our self-storage solutions.
Sales and Negotiation:
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas by utilising strong sales techniques.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and security measures of our self-storage facilities.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete required paperwork and documentation for each sale.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the CRM system.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented with a determination to meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of self-storage operations, security, and facility management is a plus.

Benefits:

Competitive salary and commission structure. £26,436 salary, OTE £33,636
Bonus paid monthly up to £600 per month (£7200 yearly)
£33,636 OTE With An Uncapped Quarterly Bonus
