Summary

We are seeking a Kids Football Coach to join our team in Forth Valley. Based in Forth Valley, this role is vital in delivering our innovative football programs to young children, helping them develop skills and confidence through enjoyable sessions.
Responsibilities

Lead weekly football classes tailored for different age groups, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Plan and execute engaging coaching sessions that promote skill development and enjoyment.
Support children's social and cognitive growth through sports activities.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
Collaborate with other coaches to improve program quality.
Uphold the company's core values of fun, education, and development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching young children.
Strong knowledge of football techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills with children and parents.
Enthusiastic, patient, and motivating personality.
Ability to plan engaging activities suitable for various age groups.
Relevant coaching certifications (preferred).
Passion for children's development through sports.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
