Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer / Finisher to join our joinery workshop. We manufacture bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, and furniture, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.

This role would suit someone who is happy working independently in the spray area while also being part of a small workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

Spraying bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery components to a high standard
Preparing items ready for finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking where required)
Mixing primers, paints, and lacquers to the correct specifications
Achieving consistent, high-quality finishes
Maintaining spray equipment and keeping the spray area clean and organised
Working alongside the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience spraying furniture or joinery
Knowledge of water-based primers and lacquers
Ability to produce high-quality, consistent finishes
Good attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
Positive attitude and able to work within a small team

The Role

Spraying kitchen components, cabinetry, and bespoke furniture
Preparing items ready for finishing
Working mainly independently in the spray area
Supporting the workshop team when required

Hours & Pay

15–40 hours per week (flexible depending on workload)
Wage depending on experience
