Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for visual storytelling and be proficient in a variety of design tools and techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branding, web design, and multimedia content, contributing to the visual identity of our organisation. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that aligns with our marketing strategies and brand objectives.

Duties

Develop and implement branding concepts that effectively communicate our brand identity across multiple platforms.
Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, banners, brochures, and presentations.
Create wireframes and prototypes for websites and mobile applications using tools such as Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visual content that enhances campaigns and promotional activities.
Edit and produce videos using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software to support marketing initiatives.
Manage content within content management systems like WordPress, ensuring consistency in design and user experience.
Utilise HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to develop responsive web designs.
Conduct photography shoots as needed to gather original visual assets for projects.
Maintain a consistent visual style across all digital platforms by applying principles of UI/UX design.
Stay updated with industry trends in digital design, video editing, and multimedia production to continually enhance creative output.

Experience

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and multimedia projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, and other relevant design software.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is desirable.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and responsive web design principles.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and content optimisation techniques.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Experience working on UI/UX projects using tools like Figma or InVision is advantageous.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines effectively. This role offers an engaging environment where creativity is valued and innovation encouraged.
