Stagecoach Portsmouth specializes in delivering performing arts training to children aged 4 to 18. Our mission is to inspire confidence, creativity, and teamwork through engaging and professional performing arts education.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Saturday Morning School Manager to oversee our performing arts classes in Portsmouth. This role is vital in ensuring a positive learning environment that fosters growth and enjoyment for young performers. The position is based in Portsmouth, GB.
Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate Saturday morning performing arts classes, ensuring smooth operations.
Support and motivate teaching staff to deliver high-quality training.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff to promote a positive community.
Organize schedules, resources, and materials for classes.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning experiences.
Uphold health and safety standards within the training environment.
Contribute to the development of new programs and activities aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing performing arts or educational programs.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities with children, parents, and staff.
Passion for performing arts education and youth development.
Ability to motivate and support a team of instructors.
Prior experience in a similar managerial role is preferred.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to educational settings.
